The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In The Section Ii Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. Bidding Will Be Conducted In Accordance With National Competitive Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (r.a.) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”, Or As Stated In These Bidding Documents. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Office Of The Bac Chairman On Or Before August 09, 2024.
