The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In The Section Ii Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of The Financial Proposals. Bidding Will Be Conducted In Accordance With National Competitive Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (r.a.) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”, Or As Stated In These Bidding Documents. The Municipality Of Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On September 30, 2024 At The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee, 3rd Floor Municipal Hall Building, Lgu Siocon, Zamboanga Del Norte, Which Shall Be Open To All Interested Bidders. 7. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Office Of The Bac Chairman On Or Before October 14, 2024.
