The Municipality Of Silang, Cavite Through The General Fund Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (php 3,630,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of 11,000 Sacks (5kg) Of Rice For Distribution Of Senior Citizen For The Month Of October To December 2023. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Silang Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of 11,000 Sacks (5kg) Of Rice For Distribution Of Senior Citizen For The Month Of October To December 2023. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 30 Days From Receipt Of Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Period Indicated From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
