Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Item Description Quantity Unit Procurement Of Services For Artistic Work On Event Organizing / Entertainment For Socio Cultural Activities Socio Cultural Program 2024 1 Lot Technical Specifications: Coordination / Management / Event Organizing Of The Concert Scope Of Work: 1. Provides For The Production Design & Artistic Work To Come Up With The Performance. 2. Conceptualization Of The Whole Show. 3. Provides Complete Technical Requirements, Technical Rides With Corresponding Technical Management Team, Sound Engineers And Others. 4. Provides For The Hospitality Needs Not Limited To Food & Accommodation. 5. Provides For The Airline Tickets And Land Transportation For The Whole Entourage. 6. Provides For Promotional Activities Of The Event As Well As The Printing Of Tickets. 7. Responsible For The Technical Rehearsals. 8. Provides For The Lay-out Of The Concert Ie, Seating, Stage Plot And Others. 9. Provides For The Hotel Accommodation For The Entourage. The Municipality Of Sibonga Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Ten (10) Calendar Days.
