In View Of The Two (2) Failed Biddings, The Local Government Unit Of Siay Invites Bidders To Participate In The Negotiation For The Of Procurement Of Diesel And Oil For Use Of Lgu Light And Heavy Equipment For The Improvements Of Flood Dike Cum Local Road At Barangay Lagting, Siay, Zs (20% Edf 2024). 2. The Lgu-siay, Local Government Unit Of Siay, Through The Approved Budget Of The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Two Pesos (php 353,692.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Abovementioned Procurement. 3. The Lgu-siay Now Invites Interested Bidders To Submit And Negotiate Offer For The Project On September 10, 2024 At 10:00 A.m At Office Of The Bac Chairman, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay. 4. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 5.
