The Municipality Of Sara, Through The 20% Development Fund (cy 2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 800,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Repair And Improvement Of Sara Public Toilet Located At Poblacion Ilaya, Sara, Iloilo With Approved Purchase Request No. 2024-07-0509. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Sara Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Forty Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
