Description Invitation To Bid Supply Of 15,866 Liters Of Diesel And 7,500 Liters Of Gasoline Intended For The 1st Semester Of 2025 Requirement Of The Sangguniang Bayan Office/bac-gds-2024-007-epa 1. The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan, Through The Appropriations Ordinance Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱1,789,950.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of 15,866 Liters Of Diesel And 7,500 Liters Of Gasoline Intended For The 1st Semester Of 2025 Requirement Of The Sangguniang Bayan Office/bac-gds-2024-007-epa. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Inclusion: Provision Of Diesel Tank Until Such Time The Total Volume Of Requirements Has Been Completely Withdrawn/consumed The Bidders, Therefore, Are Herewith Informed Of The Following: A. Interested Bidders Are Invited/requested To Submit Their Bid Proposals Based On Indicative Budget (i.e. Subject To Final Approval) Through This Invitation To Bid, Together With The Bidding Documents; B. The Financial Bid Proposal Of The Winning Bidder Will Be The Contract Amount Which Is Considered Fixed Price. However, The Notice Of Award (noa) Will Only Be Issued Upon The Approval And Effectivity Of The Appropriations Ordinance In Accordance With Item 7 Of Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra 9184: C. In The Case Of Epa, Pe May Request The Bidders To Extend The Validity Of Their Bid Securities Beyond One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days, Prior To Their Expiration, If The Funding Source For The Procurement Project Has Yet To Be Approved And Made Effective. A Change In The Form Of The Bid Security Is Allowed If This Is Made Prior To The Expiration Of The Bid Validity Sought To Be Extended. If The Bidder Refuses To Extend The Bid Validity, The Pe Shall Reject The Bid Submitted By The Bidder. 2. The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 6 Months/within The Semester. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
