The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Eighty-five Thousand Nine Hundred Five Pesos (₱1,385,905.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of 13,837 Liters Of Diesel And 6,950 Liters Of Gasoline For The Daily Operations Of Different Offices (1st Quarter Schedule), This Municipality/g2024-002. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Inclusion: Provision Of Diesel Tank Until Such Time The Total Volume Of Requirements Has Been Completely Withdrawn/consumed 2. The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within The Quarter. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
