Description Invitation To Bid For The Road Concreting Of Segundo Alvarez Sr. St., Brgy. Alimanguan, This Municipality/i2024-014-cb 1. The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan, Through The Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (₱8,160,200.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Road Concreting Of Segundo Alvarez Sr. St., Brgy. Alimanguan, This Municipality/i2024-014-cb. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Additional Requirement To All Bidders: 1. Discounts Offered Reflected On The Bid Form Should Have A Corresponding Bill Of Quantities And Detailed Estimates As Ready Reference During The Detailed Evaluation Of The Bids And Awards Committee Additional Requirement To The Winning Contractor 1. Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) The Contractor Shall Obtain Contractor’s All Risk Insurance (cari) Issued By The Government Service Insurance System (gsis). The Contractor Shall Submit A Copy Of The Insurance Policy To The Entity And It Shall Take Effect At The Beginning Of Contract Execution. 2. The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty-four (124) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. To 5:00 P.m., Monday – Friday. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On November 15 To December 4, 2024 From Given Address And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Ten Thousand Pesos (₱10,000.00). The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person, By Facsimile, Or Through Electronic Means. 6. For Online Submission, The Bidder Shall Submit Simultaneously Their Bids In Two (2) Separate Folders ( 1 For Technical/eligibility Documents And 1 For Financial Documents) Using A Two-factor Security Procedure Consisting Of An Archive Format (.zip Or .rar) Compression And Password Protection And Disclose The Password For Accessing Their Respective Bid Submission Only During The Actual/virtual Bid Opening. Bidding Documents Not In Compressed Archive Folders And Are Not Password-protected, Shall Be Rejected. However, Bidding Documents Not Properly Compressed And Password-protected, As Required Shall Be Accepted, Provided That The Bidder Or Its Duly Authorized Representative Shall Acknowledge Such Condition Of The Bid As Submitted.
