Lambakin, San Miguel Bulacan Duration: 60 Days 2. Preliminary Works Site Assessment: Conduct A Walkthrough To Assess The Current Status Of Construction. Identify Areas Needing Attention, Including Interior And Exterior Finishes. 3. Interior Finishing Works Wall Finishes: Apply Plaster And Paint To Interior Walls As Per Design Specifications. Install Decorative Wall Panels Or Finishes Where Indicated In The Design. Flooring: Install Flooring Materials (e.g., Tiles, Vinyl, Or Polished Concrete) In All Areas. Ensure Proper Leveling And Adherence To Safety Standards. Ceiling Installation: Install Ceiling Finishes (e.g., Suspended Ceilings, Gypsum Board) With Appropriate Lighting Fixtures.
