Description Subject: Purchase Of Materials For The 22nd Bulacan Council Scout Jamboree 1. Invitation To Bid The Municipality Of San Miguel, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Qualified Suppliers To Submit Bids For The Purchase Of Materials For The 22nd Bulacan Council Scout Jamboree Under Its Approved Annual Procurement Plan (app) For 2025. The Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is One Million Four Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Five Pesos (php 1,466,765.00). All Procurement Activities Will Be Governed By The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184 2. Price Quotation Requirements • Quotations Must Be In Philippine Pesos And Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes. • Quotations Exceeding The Abc Will Be Automatically Rejected. 3. Evaluation Criteria • Pricing Competitiveness • Relevant Experience As A Supplier Of The Same Item Within At Least 2 Years • Preferably Based In San Miguel 4. Pre-bid Conference A Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held On February 4, 2025, At 1:00 Pm At The Bac Conference Room, New Municipal Gymnasium, San Miguel, Bulacan. Attendance Is Open To All Prospective Bidders. 5. Bidding Process • Bidding Will Follow Open Competitive Procedures Using A Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion, As Specified In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. • A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents Can Be Purchased From February 5 To February 20, 2025, At The Address Below Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of Php 5,000.00. A Soft Copy Of The Documents Will Be Provided Upon Proof Of Payment. 6. Bid Submission • The Deadline For Bid Submission Is On Or Before February 20, 2025, At 10:00 Am. • Bids Must Be Submitted Manually To The Bac Office, New Municipal Gymnasium, San Miguel, Bulacan.
