Description Subject: Procurement Of Services For The Conduct Of Waste Analysis & Characterization Study (wacs) And Updating Of The 10-year Ecological Solid Waste Management Plan For The Municipality Of San Miguel, Bulacan 1. Invitation To Quote The Municipality Of San Miguel, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) And In Accordance With The Approved Annual Procurement Plan (app) For 2025, Invites Qualified Suppliers To Submit Price Quotations For The Conduct Of Waste Analysis & Characterization Study (wacs) And The Updating Of The 10-year Ecological Solid Waste Management Plan For The Municipality Of San Miguel, Bulacan. The Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 1,300,000.00). All Procurement Activities Will Follow The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184. 2. Price Quotation Requirements • Quotations Must Be In Philippine Pesos And Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes. • Quotations Exceeding The Abc Will Be Automatically Rejected. 3. Evaluation Criteria Proposals Will Be Assessed Based On The Following: • Pricing Competitiveness • Relevant Experience In Similar Projects • Terms Of Reference (available At The Pre-bid Conference) 4. Pre-bid Conference A Pre-bid Conference Will Be Held On February 4, 2025, At 1:00 Pm At The Bac Conference Room, New Municipal Gymnasium, San Miguel, Bulacan. Attendance Is Open To All Prospective Bidders. 5. Bidding Process • Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion, As Specified In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. • A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents Can Be Purchased From February 5 To February 20, 2025, At The Address Below Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of Php 5,000.00. A Soft Copy Will Be Provided Upon Proof Of Payment. 6. Bid Submission • The Deadline For Bid Submission Is On Or Before February 20, 2025, At 10:00 Am. • Bids Must Be Submitted Manually To The Bac Office, New Municipal Gymnasium, San Miguel, Bulacan. Late Submissions Will Not Be Accepted. • The Bid Opening Will Be Conducted At 1:00 Pm On The Same Day, In The Presence Of Bidders' Representatives Who Choose To Attend. 7. Rights Of The Municipality The Municipality Of San Miguel Reserves The Right To: • Reject Any Or All Bids • Declare A Failure Of Bidding • Not Award The Contract At Any Time Before The Contract Is Awarded, In Accordance With Sections 35.6 And 41 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184, Without Incurring Any Liability To Affected Bidders.
