Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Lgu-smi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Bidders Must Know That This Is An Early Procurement Activity (epa). Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Days From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
