The Municipality Of San Mateo, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Intends To Procure The, “rental Of Equipment For Collection, Treatment And Disposal Of Various Waste Different Rural Health Units And Superhealth Center Of The Municipality Of San Mateo, Rizal With Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of “five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (ph550,000.00); 2. The Municipality Of San Mateo, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers For The Above Mentioned Activity; 3. The Procurement Procedure That Will Be Adopted Is Negotiated Procurement Considering That There Have Been Two Failure Of Biddings Pursuant To Sections 35.5 And 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act No. 9184 (r.a. No. 9184), Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act (gpra); The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Will Invite And Engage In Negotiations With A Sufficient Number Of Suppliers Of Good Standing To Ensure Effective Competition. The Selection Of The Successful Offer Shall Be Based On The Best And Final Offer That Will Be Submitted On A Specified Date, Which Should Meet This Office’s Minimum Technical Requirements And Does Not Exceed The Abc; 4. Prospective Bidders Should Have Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project Within The Last 5 Years With An Amount Of At Least 50% Of The Proposed Project For Bidding. The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria. Post Qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Conducted.
