Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of San Marcelino, Zambales Bac Now Invites Bids For The Contract/project: For The “repair And Improvement Of Various Municipal Facilities In San Marcelino Plazuela, San Marcelino, Zambales”.
