The Local Government Unit Of San Julian Through Other Mooe Of Mho, Mswdo & Omas Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Thirty-eight Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (php 238,760.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Catering Services For Various Lgu Activities For The 1st Semester, Cy 2024 With Project Reference No. Sj-2024-157-goods. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of San Julian Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required This First Semester Of Cy 2024 (please See Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is 25% Of The Abc Of This Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”..
