Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Eastern Samar Municipality Of San Julian Lgu Bids And Awards Committee (lgu-bac) Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Supplies For The R/m Of Power Supply System (municipal Plaza & Stage) 1. The Local Government Unit Of San Julian Through The General Fund Mooe/r And M Of Power Supply System Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-two Pesos & 50/100 Only (php 109,872.50) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Supplies For The R/m Of Power Supply System (municipal Plaza & Stage) With Project No. June-2024-005. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of San Julian Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is 25% Of The Abc Of This Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”..
