Description Invitation To Bid For Replacement/construction Of Multi-purpose Hall-north Central Elementary School (pandayan) The Municipality Of San Juan Through The Ra8240 – 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos & 16/100 (php.3,999,760.16) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Replacement/construction Of Multi-purpose Hall-north Central Elementary School (pandayan)/ 0024-00009. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of San Juan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
