The Municipal Government Of San Juan, La Union Through The 20% Development Fund (2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php3,000,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Installation Of Solar Street Lights (ili Sur-lubing-dinanum-casiagan) /project Id No. Itb-2024-042. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of San Juan, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 77 Calendar Days. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipal Government Of San Juan, La Union And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm. 5.
