Description Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines 1. The Municipality Of San Juan, Through The Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy One Pesos And Forty Five Centavos (php.626,471.45) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines/msj-2024-41. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of San Juan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days After The Notice To Proceed Is Being Served. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
