The Municipality Of San Isidro, Nueva Ecija, Through The Approved Office Of The Municipal Agriculturist - Fertilizer Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Two Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand & 00/100 (php 4,288,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Inorganic Fertilizer (14-14-14) For Registered Rice Farmers Which Specification Are Stated Below: Qty : 2,121 Unit : Bags Description : Inorganic Fertilizer (14-14-14) Estimated Amount Per Unit : Php 2,021.6879 Total Estimated Amount : Php 4,288,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of San Isidro, Nueva Ecija Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Inorganic Fertilizer (14-14-14) For Registered Rice Farmers. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 10 Calendar Days, Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary "pass/fail" Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act."
