The Brgy. Maloma, San Felipe, Zambales, Through The Realignment And Supplemental Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-four Pesos And Eighty Centavos (p1,883,864.80) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase And Installation Of Sixty-eight (68) Sets Of Solar Powered Street Lights With Post (phase Ii) – Maloma-sfz-goods 2024-003. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Brgy. Maloma, San Felipe, Zambales Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 75 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
