The Municipality Of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, Through Its Mo-mooe 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (php 350,430.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract.
