The Municipal Government Of Sadanga, Through The 20% Municipal Development Fund (mdf) For Fy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Three Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Nine Pesos (php 2,387,889.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Mdf 2024-10: Completion Of Multi-purpose Facility And Construction Of Saclit Elementary School Covered Court. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected On Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Sadanga Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. 3. Completion Of The Works Is Required For 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 5.
