Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Palawan Municipality Of Roxas Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Food Supplies Intended For Various Requests From Different Barangays 1. The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through The 2024 Annual Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Forty-eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php 448,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For Procurement Of Food Supplies Intended For Various Requests From Different Barangays In The Municipality Of Roxas, Palawan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Food Supplies Intended For Various Requests From Different Barangays In The Municipality Of Roxas, Palawan. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 180 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/ Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws And Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 4.
