Description Invitation To Bid For The Provision Of Spareparts And Accessories For Different Lgu Vehicles The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through The 2024 Annual Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Nine One Pesos And 10/100 (php 2,500,091.10) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For Provision Of Spareparts And Accessories For Different Lgu Vehicles. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Provision Of Spareparts And Accessories For Different Lgu Vehicles. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 45 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/ Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws And Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183.
