The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through The 2024 Annual Budget , Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 350,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Provision Of Ledwall, Lights And Sound Sysyem Equipment For Founding Anniversary, Panalaminan And Casuy Festivals Anf Town Fiesta Celebration 2024, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Provision Of Ledwall, Lights And Sound System Equipment For Founding Anniversary, Panalaminan And Casuy Festivals And Town Fiesta Celebration 2024. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184.
