The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through 20% Development Fund 2024, And Supplemental Budget No. 3, Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 1,850,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Construction Of Purok Stage At Green Island, Expansion Of Municipal Tree Nursery, And Completion Of Composting Facility At So. Man-ag, All In Roxas, Palawan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids Construction Of Purok Stage At Green Island, Expansion Of Municipal Tree Nursery, And Completion Of Composting Facility At So. Man-ag, All In Roxas, Palawan. The Procurement Project Completion Works Is Required Within 177 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. The Bid Amount Of Each Project Shall Not Exceed The Abc Per Project, And Shall Not Exceed The Total Amount Of Abc. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3.
