The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Sef Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Fifty One Pesos And 64/100 (php 1,200,351.64) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Supply And Delivery Of Office Supplies, Equipment, And Furniture & Fixtures For The Roxas North And Central District At Roxas, Palawan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids Supply And Delivery Of Office Supplies, Equipment, And Furniture & Fixtures For The Roxas North And Central District At Roxas, Palawan. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3.
