Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Palawan Municipality Of Roxas Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Fuel, Oil, And Lubricants For The Municipal Environment And Natural Resources Office 1. The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through The 2024 General Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Thirty-seven Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-eight Pesos (php 737,658.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For Supply And Delivery Of Fuel, Oil, And Lubricants For The Municipal Environment And Natural Resources Office. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Fuel, Oil, And Lubricants For The Municipal Environment And Natural Resources Office. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 90 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/ Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws And Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 4.
