Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Various Supplies And Equipment For Roxas North District 1. The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Sef- 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Seventy Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-one Pesos (php 470,231.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For Procurement Of Various Supplies And Equipment For Roxas North District, Roxas, Palawan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Various Supplies And Equipment For Roxas North District, Roxas, Palawan. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3.
