Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Office Supplies For The Different Department Of Lgu Roxas, Palawan 1. The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Annual Budget 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Fifty-one Pesos And 65/100 (php 667,951.65) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For Procurement Of Office Supplies For The Different Department Of Lgu Roxas, Palawan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Office Supplies For The Different Department Of Lgu Roxas, Palawan. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 90 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3.
