The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Supplemental Budget No. 5, 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 700,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of Christmas Tree 2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids. Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of Christmas Tree 2024. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 33 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. A.
