Description Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Official Uniform Of Roxas Delegation For 2024 Provincial Meet 1. The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through The Special Educational Fund (sef) , Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos (php 726,380.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Supply And Delivery Of Official Uniform Of Roxas Delegation For 2024 Provincial Meet, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Official Uniform Of Roxas Delegation For 2024 Provincial Meet Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184.
