The Municipal Government Of Rosales, Through The Special Education Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Eighty-seven Thousand Pesos (php 1,387,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation Of Two (2) Storey Six (6) Classroom Science Building Of Rosales National High School Under Project Identification Number 11a-047-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Rosales Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required By Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
