Description Invitation To Bid For The Project “supply And Delivery Of Drugs & Medicines For The “gamot Ng Bayan Dispensary” The Municipality Of Rosales, Through The Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 1,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For “supply And Delivery Of Drugs & Medicines For The “gamot Ng Bayan Dispensary” Under Project Identification Number 12a-056-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Municipality Of Rosales Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Thirty Calendar Days (30 C.d). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On January 2- January 20, 2024 From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos Only (php5,000.00).
