Description Invitation To Bid Construction Of Farm-to-market Road, Barangay Coliling, Rosales, Pangasinan The Municipal Government Of Rosales, Through The Trust Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-four Million Five Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php 24,562,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Farm-to-market Road, Barangay Coliling, Rosales, Pangasinan Under Project Identification Number 12a-055-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Municipal Government Of Rosales Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required By Seventy-eight (78) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Municipal Government Of Rosales And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm, Mondays To Fridays. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On December 30, 2024 To January 20, 2025 From Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (php 25,000.00).
