The Local Government Unit Of Rizal, Kalinga, Through The Local Disaster And Risk Reduction Management (5%) Fund Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (php 399,400.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Meals, Snacks And Accommodation For The Conduct Of Basic Incident Command System Training Level Ii Under Ib No. 2025-03. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Rizal, Kalinga Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Delivered On The Date Of The Activity, January 26-31, 2025. The Supplier Is Required To Supply The Goods From The Date Of Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
