Manuel A. Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte On December 04, 2024 At 2:00 In The Afternoon. Bidders Are Required To Drop The Accomplished Bid Form In Sealed Envelope On Or Before The Date Of Opening Of Bids With The Required Bid Security In The Form And Amount Stated In Ra 9184 Or 2% Of The A B C Amounting To P 5,998.40 . The Said Bidder's Bond Shall Be Returned To The Non-winning Bidders And The Winning Bidder Shall Be Required To Replace His Bidder's Bond Shall Be Forfeited In Favor Of The Government Should The Winning Bidder Fail To Comply Its Contract With The Government Within Ten Days From Receipt Of The Notice. Interested Bidders Shall Submit The Requirements For Eligibility And Obtain Further Information From The Secretariat Of The Bids And Awards Committee. Bidding Documents Shall Be Issued Upon Payment Of A Non Refundable Fee In The Amount Of P 1,500.00 . Articles Awarded To The Winning Bidder Shall Be Delivered At The Municipal Hall Of Pres. M. A. Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte Within 5 Days From Receipt Of The Purchase Order. If The Bidder With The Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid Or Highest Rated Responsive Bid Fails, Refuses Or Unable To Make Good Its Bid By Entering Into A Contract With The Procuring Entity Or Post The Required Performance Security, The Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited And Appropriate Sanctions Provided By Ra 9184 And Other Existing Laws Shall Be Imposed, Except Where Such Failure, Refusal Or Inability Is Through No Fault Of The Said Bidder. The Procuring Entity Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids, And To Annul The Bidding Process At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Or Declare A Failure Of Bidding, For Reasons Stated In Ra 9184, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder/s.
