The Municipality Of Pinamungajan, Cebu, Through The 20% Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Seven Hundred Forty-nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Eighty-seven Pesos And 50/100 (php 749,987.50) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Slope Protection In Brgy. Sambagon (infra 2406-088), Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pinamungajan, Cebu Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 75 Calendar Days.
