The Municipality Of Pinamungajan, Cebu Through The 20% Development Fund (continuing Appropriation) Intends To Apply The Sum Four Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand, Two Hundred Ninety-two Pesos And 25/100 (php 477,292.25) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Water Reservoir At Purok Bombil, Brgy. Duangan, Pinamungajan, Cebu (infra 2405-062), Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pinamungajan, Cebu Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
