The Municipality Of Pinamungajan, Cebu Through The Financial Assistance (provincial Government) Intends To Apply The Sum Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-nine Pesos And 22/100 (php 7,999,949.22) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction And Development Of Municipal Depot 2 In Brgy. Pandacan, Pinamungajan, Cebu (infra 2501-011), Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pinamungajan, Cebu Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 110 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
