The Municipality Of Pinamungajan, Cebu Through The 20% Development Fund (continuing Appropriation) Intends To Apply The Sum Three Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand, Seven Hundred Ninety-three Pesos And 11/100 (php 3,290,793.11) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Water Supply Improvement Project In Brgy. Buhingtubig, Pinamungajan, Cebu (infra 2404-057), Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pinamungajan, Cebu Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 80 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
