The Municipality Of Pilar, Through The Ra 7171 To Apply The Sum Of Php36,000,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction/improvement Of Post Harvest Facilities. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pilar Now Invites Bids For Construction/improvement Of Post-harvest Facilities At Brgys. Pang-ot, Brookside, Ocup, Dintan, Narnara, South Balioag & Poblacion, Pilar, Abra. Completion Of The Works Is Required 356 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3.
