Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Iloilo Municipality Of Pavia Invitation To Bid For The Security Services For Municipal And Other Buildings For C.y. 2025 1. The Municipality Of Pavia, Iloilo, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand Pesos Only (p 1,989,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Security Services For Municipal And Other Buildings For C.y. 2025/ Contract No. 2025-02. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pavia, Iloilo Now Invites Bids For The Security Services For Municipal And Other Buildings For C.y. 2025. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Three Hundred Fifty (350) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
