Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Quezon Municipality Of Pagbilao Committee On Bids And Awards Invitation To Bid For Security Services 1. The Local Government Unit Of Pagbilao, Through The Approved Budget By The Sanggunian – Gop, Sef-lsb, Annual Budget Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Two Hundred Eighty-two Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-six Pesos And 75/100 Only (p 6,282,726.75) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Security Services (pagbilao District I & Ii) / 2025-b01.003/004. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Pagbilao Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Nine (9) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
