The Local Government Unit Of Padada, Through The 20 Per Cent Development Fund F.y 2021, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (php 427, 250.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply Of Various Materials For The Construction Of Slope Protection And Guardrail At Padada Hill, Padada, Davao Del Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Padada Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For Supply Of Various Materials For The Construction Of Slope Protection And Guardrail At Padada Hill, Padada, Davao Del Sur Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 45 Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Project Within (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract Which Is Similar To The Project Of At Least 50% (slcc). The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents. 3.
