The Local Government Unit Of Padada, Through The General Fund For C.y 2023, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (php 1,383,550.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply Of Various Construction Materials For Subdivision And Road Development At New Cemetery Lot Of Lgu Padada, Davao Del Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Padada Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For Supply Of Various Construction Materials For Subdivision And Road Development At New Cemetery Lot Completion Of The Works/ Delivery Period Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Project Within (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Public Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
