The Municipality Of Orion, Bataan Through The General Appropriation Act Of 2022 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 2,500,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Technical Assistance For The Updating Of Comprehensive Land Use Plan (clup) And Draft Zoning Ordinance Of The Municipality Of Orion (24itb-gs-03-057). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Orion, Bataan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Completed Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
