The Municipality Of Orion, Bataan Through The Government Appropriation Act Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 3,200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Labor And Materials For The Connection Of Plastic Pelletizer Machine To Permanent Power At Gentral Material Recovery Facility At Brgy Ceneral Lim, Orion, Bataan (24itb-inf-lvo2-031). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Orion, Bataan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
